Mini-guided presencing practice
For this practice, you’ll come into the area of your mons pubis,
a mound of tissue over your pubic bone — where a zipper might be.
You may choose to do so over your clothing or directly against your skin —
to use an oil like Castor or coconut oil, or to simply use the feel of your fingertips.
You’ll want to find a comfortable seated or lying down position.
