The Artist’s Womb
A 4-PART SERIES FOR THE WOMAN READY FOR LIFE-GIVING RELATIONSHIP WITH HER WOMB.
IN SERVICE OF HER FEMALE PHYSIOLOGY + HER VISION. IN SERVICE OF HER ART.
As women, our bodies are the muses, the guides. The way showers, the truth tellers, the connection back to our vitality and our art.
And yet, it is easy to lose a sense of this in both wellness and clinical spaces.
When you get tangled up in pathology or ‘problem’, and your inner artist grows distant, extinguished, eclipsed.
When you become your own project & you lose a sense of the craft of the thing— your unique story, compass and voice.
You see, your body & womb were always where your artist lived.
That gnawing, pulsing flicker in your insides. The woman who can weave infinite possibility and creation. Who only needs space to express, to spiral into reality, to become.
Drop into a space with your body & womb to reclaim your inner artist — and to create your art & your Life with her.
Immerse yourself in your body’s sensations, bodily cues and language. Fall back in love with the creative process and the vision so specific to you.
Neither your body or your Life was ever meant to be tracked according to some defined measure of progress.
Here, we come into intimate contact with your own pace and craft.

Our Structure
4 SESSIONS SPREAD OVER 2 CYCLES
We work within the cyclical nature and needs of your female body.
WEEK 1: HOLY GROUND (90 mins). What do you wish to work with this cycle? This session will offer reflection on where you are in your relationship with your body, your intention, as well as practices to begin to engage with both body & inner artist. We also orient to where you are in your own cycles — your menstrual cycle, your creativity, and season of Life.
WEEK 2: HANDS ON (90 mins). We continue to dance with your inner artist through the body. This session will offer a more immersive hands-on practice for you to adopt as your own for one cycle. This may include work around your jaw, breast, belly, lymph or pelvic work - layered in with the use of breath, attention and sound.
We may address specific physical symptoms, ‘stagnant’ points or blocks, or energetic themes around permission and expression, being vs doing, sensing into needs, or any area that feels active in your body.
WEEK 3: HERE AND NOW (90 mins). We reflect on patterns, pieces of wisdom, or ways that your body and inner artist are communicating with you. The way that you may come into an initial inspiration, and then your body and Life bring experiences to help you meet this inspiration more deeply. This session includes time for reflection as well a final immersive body-based practice before pausing for integration.
WEEK 4: EMERGENCE & INTEGRATION (60 mins). We check-in after one cycle for witnessing, fine-tuning and re-connecting to the vision.
As woman, as mother, as artist, you may well know the experience of—
> Wanting to be noticed and appreciated in your gifts
> Wanting to be seen in all that your Life & responsibilities ask of you
> A feeling of isolation, lack of support, lack of time or energy to create
> A feeling of burden, nuisance, or disconnect in the needs of your physical body
> A sneaking comparison that others have ‘figured it out’ or that you’re ‘doing it wrong’
> A ‘creative amnesia’ where you find yourself producing one thing after the other with no space to really feel it
> A sense of ‘who am I to say this?’
> The energy it takes to sustain an initial dream or idea
And as woman, as mother, as artist, you may also know the experience of—
> The flicker or intoxication of an initial idea or inspiration
> The in-breath before a new idea takes form
> The feeling of ‘somebody gets it’ in receiving your story — or the resonance of someone receiving your art
> The opening, warmth or tingle in your body that you may feel when something feels true — and the contraction, drum or uprise when it does not true
> The way that your creations [and body] surprise you and lead you places that you didn’t expect to go
> The palpable connection between so many things
